Jigar A. Shah

Partner – Flexible Packaging

Jigar Shah brings over 15 years of experience in flexible packaging, with deep expertise in laminates, barrier films, and FMCG applications. He combines strong technical knowledge with commercial acumen to build high-value client partnerships and scale packaging businesses.

At Net Benefit, he leads the flexible packaging division with a focus on performance-driven solutions, global market expansion, and developing private and white-label packaging opportunities for Indian agro products.

Pranay Gandhi

Partner - Flexible Packaging and Barrier Films

Pranay Gandhi brings over a decade of experience in flexible packaging, marketing, agro-exports, and international trade. During his tenure at Montage Global Pvt Ltd, he led business development, key accounts, and product innovation in high-performance packaging solutions.
At Net Benefit, he drives procurement and marketing strategy, supplier networks, and market expansion across both packaging and agro commodities, leveraging strong industry relationships and disciplined execution to build scalable, efficient operations.

Chintan N. Sukhadia

Chief Financial Officer

Chintan Sukhadia brings over 15 years of experience across manufacturing and flexible packaging. A qualified Cost and Management Accountant, he has a strong command over costing, financial planning, and performance management, with a focus on driving efficiency across operations.

At Net Benefit, he works closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial discipline, optimise margins, and manage working capital. His structured approach ensures commercially sound decision-making and supports the company’s scalable growth across domestic and international markets.

Jigar Ganatra

Partner – Agro Commodities & Exports

Jigar Ganatra brings over a decade of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focused expertise in agro commodities. His background includes managing large-scale sourcing operations, with a strong understanding of quality control, pricing dynamics, and export-oriented supply chains.

He has built a strong grassroots network across India, enabling consistent access to high-quality produce while working closely with farmers to integrate them into organised supply systems. At Net Benefit, he leads the agro commodities and exports division, driving supply reliability, quality consistency, and scalable sourcing aligned with global market requirements.

Trishha Jhaver

Head – Digital Marketing & Business Development

Trishha Jhaver leads Digital Marketing and Business Development at Net Benefit, shaping brand positioning, client engagement, and growth through focused, strategy-led communication. With over 18 years of experience across content, marketing, and business development, she specialises in translating complex offerings into clear, credible narratives that drive conversion.

Her cross-sector experience enables strong alignment between brand, content, and commercial outcomes, playing a key role in strengthening Net Benefit’s market presence and supporting its expansion into global markets.

Nikhil Jadhav

Deputy General Manager – Technical & Product Development

Nikhil Jadhav brings over 17 years of experience in packaging research and development, with deep expertise in flexible packaging technologies, barrier films, and sustainable material solutions. His work spans the full lifecycle of packaging development, from concept and material engineering to validation and large-scale commercialisation across pharmaceutical, food, and FMCG sectors.

At Net Benefit, he supports the technical function, driving product innovation, strengthening material capabilities, and ensuring delivery of globally competitive, high-performance packaging solutions.

Rajesh Harlalka brings over 30 years of international business development and industrial trading experience across India, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Latin America.

His experience spans petrochemicals, industrial materials, pharmaceutical infrastructure, packaging systems, commodities and cross-border business development, with extensive exposure to global supply chains, government tenders, industrial projects and international market expansion.

Over the course of his career, he has worked across multiple sectors involving:
• international trade
• industrial distribution
• project development
• technical product commercialisation
• and strategic sourcing

He has also played a significant role in developing international business networks and operational ecosystems across emerging and developed markets.

At Net Benefit Green Tech, he is actively involved in identifying and developing global sustainability partnerships and enabling their commercial relevance within India.

He played a key role in initiating and developing the company’s collaboration with GAIA BioMaterials, Sweden, particularly around biodegradable material applications and sustainable packaging opportunities for the Indian market.

His international exposure and practical understanding of industrial systems bring valuable strategic depth to Net Benefit Green Tech’s long-term sustainability platform.

Chitresh Mody

Director Finance

Chitresh Mody is a seasoned investment banking and fund management professional with over 25 years of experience across Indian and global capital markets, corporate finance, strategic investments and business evaluation.

Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading financial institutions and investment platforms, advising businesses across sectors on capital raising, growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private investments and long-term value creation.

His experience spans:
• capital markets and investment banking
• corporate finance and financial strategy
• private equity and venture investments
• business valuation and investment analysis
• mergers and acquisitions
• portfolio and fund management

Currently, in addition to his role at Net Benefit Green Tech, he serves as a Fund Manager at Unicity Capital Management, where he manages a diversified multi-asset investment portfolio and evaluates opportunities across public and private markets.

Previously, he held senior leadership positions at JM Financial Group and JM Morgan Stanley, where he played a key role in advising and executing significant capital market transactions, including several landmark public offerings.
